Again I ask...why are people jerks sometimes?

so, back in april, I got this strange email...

then tonight I got it again...

I got Gouranga'd...twice. ARGH.

Here is the link that explains it all.  Some people are trying to figure out who is behind it. I don't really care...its not important who is doing it - it just needs to be stopped.

Why can't people just do the right thing, regardless of who they are?  The non-annoying, non-spamming thing.

Have any of you got this crap in your inbox or comment section before?

I don't really think whoever sent it meant to be a jerk - perhaps he thought he wanted to send out a random message of happiness. The execution may need some work but the idea isn't all that bad.

No, and I'm glad I haven't! Well, I can say no with regard to my personal knowledge. The tbing is, that if I don't know the sender of a message, I will not open it and report it as spam and then permanently delete it from my inbox on my two main accounts. It's just a security issue with all these worms, viruses, trojan horses, etc. that are circulating around these days. I hope you solve the mystery, and that it doesn't resurface.
